Help The Warren Center Build Interactive Learning Books

The Warren Center, which serves children and families impacted by developmental delays and disabilities, has once again asked for Altrusa's support.

Last year, our members assembled interactive Velcro books that are used by therapists to help children build communication, language, and fine motor skills through engaging, hands-on learning activities. The books were a tremendous success, and The Warren Center is requesting our help again this year.

We will be assembling 50 therapy books featuring the beloved children's themes "The Wheels on the Bus" and "Old MacDonald Had a Farm." With many hands working together, we can reach this goal and make a meaningful difference for the children served by The Warren Center.

This is a fun, hands-on service project, and we encourage everyone to participate.

Volunteer Shifts

  • 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Join us as we work together to create valuable learning tools that will support children in developing important skills while having fun.
