We are excited to bring you changes in the nomination process for 2008 Outstanding Women of Today…Builders of Tomorrow awards. It’s now easier than ever to nominate the outstanding women in your life!
Altrusa International, Inc. of Richardson honors women each year with a reception and luncheon. Outstanding Women of Today is a distinguished honor for women in leadership in your organization who exemplify determination and innovation and have made an outstanding contribution in their chosen fields. They are to be commended for making a difference for the future of women and leadership, and this program does just that!

Candidates are nominated based on the following criteria:
*She displays exceptional dedication, leadership and vision
*She is employed in one of these fields:
o Small business (less than 50 employees)
o Health care
o Education
o Government
o Non-profit
o Corporate/high tech
*She exhibits an Altruistic spirit in her work and community
*She works and/or lives within Dallas or Collin counties
All nominees and their organizations will be honored at the Annual Outstanding Women of Today award luncheon scheduled for Friday, October 10, 2008, 12:00 noon, at The Hyatt Regency North Dallas/Richardson.
